MTS Hardware Verification Engineer

Looking for self-motivated, team oriented hardware verification
engineer to drive development effort for an advanced programmable
hardware engine.
Qualifications:
- Very good communication skills and ability to work with remote
teams.
- Takes ownership for initiatives and drives on-going evaluation and success.
- Developing functional verification plans, assertions, tools, and methodologies.
- Developing infrastructure associated with system, chip, and block level verification.
- Developing directed and constrained random test suites and generators.
- Measuring and ensuring functional and code coverage at the chip and block levels.
- Architecting innovative solutions to verification challenges.
- Experience in ASIC methodologies, flows, and tools such as logic simulators
and formal verifiers.
- Proficient with HDLs (Verilog preferred), HVLs (SystemVerilog preferred), scripting
languages (Perl, Ruby, Tcl, shell), programming languages (C, C++), and Unix
(Linux preferred).
- Experience with bringing up silicon and evaluation boards in
a lab setting using standard measurement equipment (oscilloscopes,
logic analyzers).
- Experience with computer system architectures (common bus protocols,
memory interfaces, etc.).
- Device driver experience is a plus.
- User interface design and GUI experience is a plus.
- RTL design experience is a plus.
- Excellent debugging skills.
Requirements:
Typically requires MSEE/CS combined with minimum of 5-7 years
of related experience, or BSEE/CS combined with 7-10+ years of
related experience.
