MTS Hardware Verification Engineer

Looking for self-motivated, team oriented hardware verification engineer to drive development effort for an advanced programmable hardware engine.

Qualifications:

·        Proficient in Verilog and SystemVerilog for testbenches.

·        Familiar with verification methodologies such as OVM or VMM.

·        Proficient in scripting in languages such as Perl or Ruby to create tools and to automate verification processes.

·        Familiar with programming in C or C++.

·        Excellent ability to debug issues effectively and creatively.

·        Proficient in composing verification plans for block, chip, and system-level environments.

·        Proficient in defining and implementing modern verification architectures for block, chip, and system-level verification.

·        Proficient in developing constrained-random test generators, as well as directed tests as needed to complete coverage.

·        Proficient in instrumenting and analyzing code and functional coverage, correlating with the verification plans.

·        Solid understanding of ASIC design and verification methodologies, as well as mainstream EDA tools.

·        Understanding of computer architecture, common bus protocols, and memory interfaces.

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work with remote teams.

·        Excellent ability to take ownership of initiatives, and work proactively to drive on-going evaluation and success of verification process.

Requirements:

Minimum MSEE/CS with 5 to 7 years of related experience, or BSEE/CS with 7 to 10 or more years of related experience.
