ElementCXI has developed the first novel IC technology in
the last 20 years. The technology delivers
super-computer performance on battery power at consumer price
points and is expected to be the new measuring stick for automotive,
consumer electronics and communications devices. The technology
allows OEMs/ODMs to develop products faster, offer broad flexibility
with extreme reliability, and to sell at higher margins.
The ECA is a unique electronic ecosystem enabling software-defined-hardware. It
consists of three components; a low-power, modular semiconductor architecture
consisting of adaptable functional elements hierarchically communicating via
a network on chip and capable of being assembled into more complex functions
under hardware control in real-time; a hardware kernel responsible for run-time
binding of tasks to resources, relocating stalled tasks, and flagging failed
hardware resources against future use; and, a robust development environment
called Alchemy which allows the direct simulation, debugging and implementation
of math or algorithmic-based designs via graphical or text-based capture without the
need for place and route, timing closure or hardware design languages. |
